Join Cheri Timmons as she brings the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga to our parks! Take some time to slow down, reflect, and care for your body to prepare for the week ahead. These stretches and exercises will help boost your mood, improve focus, enhance flexibility, support better sleep, reduce stress, and much more! This yoga flow class will include a warm-up, cardio, strengthening, opening, and stretching movements. Each pose offers modification options to ensure a comfortable experience for participants of all experience levels. Come out to hit pause and reset this spring!
