Learn, listen, sing, and dance at Storytime in the Park with the Greensboro Public Library! This family-favorite, interactive program is perfect for building pre-literacy skills in young children. Each Thursday, 10:30am to 11am in LeBauer Park, Youth Services Librarian Pete Turner reads entertaining short stories and plays sing-along tunes to get kids excited about reading. This program creates a fun, relaxed, and social environment for preschoolers to develop an appreciation for reading and learning. Mr. Pete also provides information about the public library and its programs, encouraging kids to further explore and cultivate a lifelong love of reading.
