Calling all preschoolers! Join our partner, GreenHill Center for NC Art for some storytime and art making fun every Masterpiece Friday.
Who's ready to explore the theme of gardens? This Masterpiece Friday, Miss Jaymie takes a look at the work of NC Printmaker, Mary Beth Boone, who was inspired by her garden. Then she reads us a story about a garden turtle named Yertle. Lastly, Miss Jaymie takes us through an awesome craft where we can make our very own salt dough garden turtles - a great Mother’s Day gift!
First, let's look at the artwork of Mary Beth Boone.
