Calling all preschoolers! Join our partner, GreenHill Center for NC Art for some storytime and art making fun every Masterpiece Friday.
Sleep is on our minds this week! This Masterpiece Friday, Miss Kate explores how NC artist, Tamie Beldue uses sleeping figures as subjects in her artwork. Then for story time, we’ll follow the journey of Jamie and Lucy on a magical adventure guided by faries in The Dreamtime Fairies by Jane Simmons. Finally, we’ll get crafty as we imagine where fairies live as we explore ways to make their homes!
First, let's look at the artwork of Tamie Beldue.
Now join us on a nighttime adventure as we read The Dreamtime Fairies by Jane Simmons.
Inspired by the story, The Dreamtime Fairies, we’ll create some fairy houses
